Power Module: VS-SF Series 1200 V SiC MOSFETs
The VS-SF series includes 1200 V silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET power modules designed for high-efficiency power conversion in industrial and energy applications. These modules combine SiC MOSFETs with integrated body diodes to reduce switching losses and support higher-frequency operation compared to traditional silicon-based solutions.
Available in current ratings ranging from 50 A to 200 A and housed in an industry-standard SOT-227 package, they enable scalable system design and help reduce thermal management requirements. Photovoltaic MOSFET Driver: VODA1275
